My car was damaged by the valet at my stay here in September. I reported it to Hilton and filed a claim a month later. Called for months to try and get help with the situation. Only to be told that too much time had lapsed and I hadn’t filed a claim, when I absolutely did! Hilton took no responsibility for this not an I’m sorry here’s where to take your car to be fixed, here’s a free stays to help make things right. I received nothing from them in any way except a headache. When I arrived this trip I was told they no longer offer valet they’ve had so many issues with it!!
I’ve stayed here several times and it is always a very nice hotel with clean, safe, nice rooms, this time was different. We were placed in a room that looked like it was mangled. That’s why I gave it a lower score and I’m still upset over my car!

It was amazing! The staff is super friendly and inviting and made us feel very welcome, even our puppy! Highly recommend especially if you’re taking your dog! It was just a perfect weekend for the whole family!
